Barb bickford

Barb Bickford is the founder and principal of Bickford Collaboration and a lifelong member of the UCC in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She is a group facilitator, educator and scientist working at the intersection of people, science and health. Barb hates boring meetings and how the prospect of leading or enduring meetings discourages people from volunteering to step into leadership of the church.
