For Authorized Ministers and Members in Discernment
June 10, 11 and 12, 2024, 9am-4pm in person at the Minnesota Conference UCC/Minnesota Council of Churches building, 112 W. Franklin Avenue, Minneapolis + twelve-month virtual cohort group on the Damascus Project Network.
Led by Rev. Chris Hart, UCC Authorized Minister and Interim Ministry Network Trainer.
Are you a clergy person who has felt an interest in serving in transitional ministry? Or an authorized minister who could benefit from transitional leadership training, no matter what your context? We are all living through times of transition, and these transitional leadership skills may be just what you are seeking. Conferences and congregations throughout the United Church of Christ have a need for those who can guide churches through the tasks of transitional ministry. This course will equip authorized ministers to serve in transitional settings and to serve well in times of transition no matter where they may be. The course is taught by Interim Ministry Network faculty and endorsed by the Interim Ministry Network.
Costs include the training, all course materials, three lunches, snacks, and beverages along with the 12-month facilitated virtual cohort group on the Damascus Project Network. The Minnesota Conference is hosting the training and offsetting the cost for their authorized ministers and MiDs. Wisconsin Conference clergy can talk to their Association Conference Minister if you are registering for this training and would like to know more about a continuing education grant.
Please note the normal Damascus Project discount code for MN/WI Conference members is not available for this course. Registration deadline is May 29th, 2024.
